Men's Health Urbanathlon introduces a new Corporate Category: Sign up with your colleagues for this test of endurance taking place Feb 19th 2012

The Men’s Health Urbanathlon returns in 2012 with a 14km race that features nine obstacles – including new ones – to push your strength, endurance and agility to its limits! Conquer lung-busting flights of stairs, scale and crawl over three-tonne trucks, swing across monkey bars, and fight your way through mud pits to ultimate glory! 

On top of the Individual category, we’ve also introduced a new Corporate category in this race. It’s the perfect chance for you to gather your buddies from the office – three to five guys – to compete as a team and take your corporate competitiveness to a whole new level.

Slog it out up the corporate ladder with your colleagues

Each participant in this unique men-only race will receive an Adidas runner’s T-shirt and a race pack worth over $300, including a free 6-month subscription of Men’s Health. They will also stand a chance to win mobile phones, watches and other great prizes in a lucky draw. 

Outstanding prizes await the top five runners for the individual category, and top three teams of the corporate category. All who complete the race will also get a finisher’s T-shirt and medal, plus a personalised certificate.

• CORPORATE TEAM SPECIAL 

 

Rates: $118 per Corporate team member (Usual: $128).

 

Team size: Each corporate team shall comprise of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 runners. The first 3 teams with the fastest accumulated time of their first 3 finishers respectively will be declared winners. 

 

Terms and conditions: Participants must be full-time employees of the same company, valid for all male staff aged 18 and above. 

This category is open to all business organisations, including ministries and statutory boards. Winners are required to show their staff pass or equivalent for verification before receiving their prizes. 

All finishers of the corporate category will each receive a team certificate that includes both their team and individual timings. 

Prizes are awarded to the top 3 teams. Corporate category participants are also entitled to individual category prizes.

A group of minimum 10 participants registering together will enjoy a special registration fee of $108 (Usual: $128)
