Blu Inc Media Announces China Management Changes
Shanghai, China, 6 December 2011 – Blu Inc Media China announced today that Ms Janet Chen has relinquished her role as General Manager (Eastern China) at the end of her employment contract last week.
Said Mr David Turchetti, Managing Director: “We would like to thank Janet for all her contributions to the company, especially with respect to China Boating. Without Janet, China Boating would not be where it is today and for that, we are grateful. We wish her the best in all her future endeavours.”
Blu Inc Media’s editorial teams in China will report directly to Mr Turchetti, while all Ad Sales and Marketing teams in Shanghai will report to a new position – Group Sales & Marketing Director.
Mr Jay Wong, Regional Business Development Manager, will be helming this position as Acting Group Sales & Marketing Director.
“With solid teams in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen, strong and steadfast support from our Blu Inc Media Hong Kong operations, and by leveraging the regional networks of SPH Magazines, we are confident that Blu Inc Media China can only continue to grow stronger and thrive in an increasingly competitive environment,” added Mr Turchetti.
