Editor in Chief of The Singapore Women’s Weekly
Barbara Koh is Editor-in-Chief of The Singapore Women’s Weekly. She joined The Weekly in 1997 as Sub-editor, as a key part of the team that launched the title, and has risen through the ranks. This gives her an unparalleled understanding of the title’s readers and focus.
During her career she has been a writer, editor and art director for features, fashion, beauty, celebrity and food shoots, plus she is experienced in conceptualizing and creating native advertising.
Barbara also frequently helms events for The Weekly, hosting master classes, appearing on TV and conducting in-store talks to build partnerships.
She graduated from the University of Queensland, with a B.A. in English and Journalism, and completed a Graduate Diploma in Communication Practice at The Queensland University of Technology.
She also has professional diplomas in preparing and presenting Asian cuisine.

These include Victoria Beckham, Eva Longoria, Michelle Dockery, Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Janet Jackson, to name a few.
Editor of The Finder
Sara Lyle Bow began her publishing career in New York City at LINK, a free magazine for college students—helping them stay informed, have fun and cope away from home.
The experience comes in handy as Editor of The Finder, the go-to guide for expats in Singapore! Before coming to SPHM, Sara edited magazine-branded books for top U.S. publisher Hearst.
Prior to that, she was the Deputy Editor at Hearst-owned Woman’s Day magazine, overseeing home, beauty and fashion content. Other career highlights: a seven-year stint as Lifestyle Director at Good Housekeeping magazine, where she edited the two most popular monthly columns, managed revenue-generating partnerships and regularly went on TV and the Web.
She’s also written award-winning stories for the Jane magazine and worked at industry darling Budget Living and teen fave YM. Sara loves connecting with readers and improving their lives.
She lives for creating engaging content—both in print and online.
