Singapore’s leading luxury lifestyle magazine The Peak has introduced a new awards initiative, The Peak Tech Laureates, to recognise and celebrate the best tech companies which provide the most innovative, transformational and excellent services and solutions.
Application is now open for the 15 tech categories, till 15 December 2019.
The inaugural awards pay tribute to game-changers in digital innovation and transformation that have made considerable impact on the industry, as well as outstanding solutions partners that utilise cutting-edge technology to markedly improve business functions, such as in the fields of Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data & Analytics.
There will be up to 3 winners per category, to be determined by a judging panel led by chief judge Glen Francis, Chief Technology Officer of Singapore Press Holdings. The panel comprises 35 C-suite technology leaders from top Singapore companies across multiple industries. The winners’ achievements will be recognised at a black-tie gala awards presentation in May 2020.
Explaining the genesis of the awards, Mr Francis said: “It’s critical to recognise good tech partners’ contributions to helping our businesses operate and stay secure, and giving us more sophisticated insights into how we operate, while leveraging on the latest technologies to push new boundaries. Recognising these tech partners who bring innovative solutions and excellent service quality to the table can raise greater awareness of them and create a conversation among the end-users about the best partners and practices.”
SPH Magazines’ Managing Director Geoff Tan said: “As Singapore’s leading luxury lifestyle magazine-of-choice read by an esteemed audience comprising C-suite executives, business leaders and captains of industry, The Peak is well positioned to honour deserving winners of The Peak Tech Laureates and to spotlight their competitive edge through its engaging style of storytelling. Not only does this augment the winning partners’ profiles among key decision-makers, the winners can further leverage on the content for their own commercial platforms.”
